As a family of three, we stayed at Hemples Lodge for two nights and it was the perfect getaway. Marc, the owner, was fantastic in ensuring we had everything we needed. The accommodation is spacious and well thought out, with two TVs and an Xbox to keep the kids entertained. The attention to detail is second to none and the daily coffee/tea and biscuits, along with fresh milk and water, were a nice touch. Hemples Lodge is a gem of a find and we plan on visiting regularly!

Recently stayed at Hemples Lodge for a wedding party and couldn't have been happier. The property is beautifully designed and furnished, with a comfortable bed, high-quality linens, and a fabulous bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, and the children loved playing on the Xbox while we got ready. The hospitality was friendly and accommodating, making for a perfect stay. The location feels remote yet is conveniently close to the airport. The rooms are well-stocked with two smart TVs with Netflix, games consoles, and games. A truly impressive find.

I recently stayed at Hemples Lodge for a relaxing getaway. The private location provided a peaceful atmosphere, and the spacious annexe had all the comforts I needed. The bathroom was amazing with a hot and fast shower. The queen bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was even milk in the fridge. The breakfast was delicious, especially the perfectly poached eggs with runny yolks. Hemples Lodge is a fantastic place to stay with its modern amenities and friendly host.

From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the host, Marc. He was incredibly accommodating and even allowed me to check in earlier to suit my needs. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a glass of prosecco, a thoughtful gesture after a long drive.

Great value for money and excellent service! the rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and well-equipped with superb toiletries and soft bedsheets. the parking was secure and gated, providing peace of mind. Conveniently located, it was only a short walk from the hotel to nearby restaurants and tourist attractions. We also appreciated the strong Wi-Fi and the in-room coffee facilities, which helped to get an early start.

Despite the tremendous value, the service was lacking in some areas. the smart televisions and Wi-Fi connection were not working adequately.

We had a great weekend stay at this hotel. the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing. the location was perfect, being close to fantastic restaurants and offering a peaceful and private setting. We also appreciated the small detail of having milk in the fridge.

The TV advertised as having prime TV required us to have our own account, which was a letdown. the coffee machine was also temperamental, taking a while to work each time.

Remote feeling location, easy airport access. Helpful and kind staff. Flexible check-in and dietary requests. Top quality breakfast delivered to room. Lovely flat-like rooms with entertainment.

We recently stayed at Hemples Lodge for our anniversary and it exceeded our expectations. The owner, Marc, was an amazing host, arranging champagne on arrival and being quick to respond to our emails. The smaller suite was clean, well laid out, and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast brought to our door was fantastic. The location is quiet yet easily accessible to the city center and nearby village. it truly felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

Arriving here was like walking into a dream. the luxurious amenities are simply breathtaking and they fulfilled all of my exclusive needs. the in, room breakfast was divine, and the private facilities were top, notch. the garden area was peaceful and beautiful. the service was superb and the owner went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. the location advantage was also a bonus.

The only minor issue was the temperamental coffee machine, but it eventually worked with a bit of effort. Other than that, there were no flaws to be found.

the room was clean and calm with a view of the garden. the italian shower in the bathroom was amazing. the location was good, just 15 minutes from newcastle. overall a great experience.

My stay at Hemples Lodge was worth every penny. The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, including two TVs with Netflix for the kids. The location was perfect, close to the airport and with charming surroundings. The host, Marc, made us feel incredibly welcome and his attention to detail was superb.

As for breakfast offerings, it would have been nice to have a wider selection of shampoo options provided in the room. The only other thing that could have made our stay better was if the room had been preheated before our arrival, as it was quite cold initially.
