I recently stayed at Hempstead House for my anniversary and it was truly amazing. The decor was stunning, resembling a castle, and the staff were all professional, friendly, and polite. The spa was clean and well-maintained, and I loved that we could use it after check-out until 5 pm. The hotel even decorated our room and dinner table, and surprised us with a Happy Anniversary plate after dessert. The attention to detail was thoughtful and greatly appreciated. The WiFi was reliable, allowing me to work in my room and the hotel bar without any issues. The Thai food at the Brasserie was delicious and authentic, thanks to the talented Thai chef. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided comfort, luxury, and plenty of activities to make my stay memorable.

The hotel room was cozy and comfortable, with a really nice bed. We also enjoyed the spacious bathroom and the good shower. the staff at the restaurant were also friendly and attentive, and the food was amazing.

It would have been nice to have more outdoor space to enjoy during our romantic escape. the spa day was a bit mediocre.

The room was comfortable and well equipped, with nice touches like bath robes and complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, and bottled water. The spa was one of the best I have seen in my frequent hotel stays around the UK, and the gym was well equipped. The breakfast was of good quality, freshly cooked, and brought to you. The staff were friendly, professional, kind, and polite, making the whole experience even better.

The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my visit. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a warm pool, a lovely jacuzzi, and a relaxing steam room. I also had the opportunity to enjoy a Thai meal at the Brasserie, where the food was authentic and delicious. The hotel's Wifi was reliable and allowed me to work comfortably in my room and in the bar. Furthermore, I was delighted to discover that I could easily access the beautiful surrounding countryside by walking out of the hotel into the nearby country lanes.

Nothing could have been better.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always happy to assist with a smile. Despite arriving late, they managed to squeeze us into the fully booked dining room, which most hotels wouldn't have bothered to do. The spacious and clean Ashby suite was well presented and provided a comfortable retreat after a long day and night at a wedding. The beautiful grounds and easy parking were also a plus. The restaurant served delicious food for both dinner and breakfast, with the English breakfast being available promptly at 0800hrs.

We had a delightful weekend getaway at Hempstead House. The breakfast was superb, with Lisa going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The dinner in the main restaurant was amazing, and Dan provided exceptional service. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the spa was a relaxing experience. The staff seemed genuinely happy and friendly, which made our stay even better. We will definitely be returning!

The room was comfortable, with fluffy towels and bathrobes provided. The selection of refreshments and complimentary water were a nice touch. The breakfast had a lovely choice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The spa facilities, especially the hydropool, were very relaxing. We also enjoyed a light lunch and smoothies. the hotel had great cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff.

The Christmas lights outside were stunning and really added to the festive atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. the pool area was clean and the spa facilities were impressive.

The food was only average and didn't live up to our expectations. the handling of our complaint was poor, with no compensation offered for the ruined weekend.

We loved the comfortable and spacious Ashby Suite. The swimming pool was great and the location was gorgeous. The hotel itself was modern inside an amazing chateau building. Our turret room was a hit with the kids. The owner/manager was very helpful and booked us dinner in a local restaurant. The area was peaceful.

my second stay in sittingbourne exceeded expectations. hempstead house guest house was charming with helpful staff and delicious food. highly recommend for a relaxing break.

Noisy room with constant running water.

Hempstead House Guest House was a fantastic choice for our weekend spa break. the dinner and breakfast were of a high standard, and the service from the friendly and attentive staff was excellent. the hotel itself was luxurious yet cozy, and the adjoining spa was top-notch with free access. We highly recommend it!

The hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff in the dining room were very nice and helpful. the food was superb, and the drinks were top-notch. the grounds were stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop for our Easter stay.

There were a few downsides to our experience. the accessibility for disabled parking was not as promised, which made it challenging for us.

The facilities like the pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna were brilliant, and even the kids loved them. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully designed, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The restaurant served great food at reasonable prices, and the breakfast was like being in a luxurious hotel with a beautiful layout and piping hot food delivered to our table. We can't wait to return in a few weeks!
