Convenient location, close to public transport. Wonderful view of Edinburgh from our window. Plenty of breakfast with lots of choice. Clean rooms with daily service. Friendly and quirky staff at breakfast. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Homely atmosphere in the rooms. Amazing value for money.

Convenient location, easy to find. Bus stop nearby. Room was comfortable and clean.

Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, didn't greet us properly. Breakfast was awful, not many options and food was cold.

The guest house is located in a nice neighborhood, fairly near the Botanical Gardens and offers easy access to the city centre by bus. The rooms are comfortable with excellent cleanliness, comfortable beds, and well-maintained bathrooms. The staff is helpful and provides clear instructions. The tasty Scottish breakfast is served in a beautiful dining area.

The wifi signal can be weak, especially during peak hours.
