We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Trehafod. The staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming. The beds in our twin room were comfortable and the room and bathroom were really clean. The breakfasts were lovely, with a variety of options including fruit platters, pastries, cereal, and a delicious cooked breakfast. The hotel is located close to the train station and is adjacent to an excellent Mining Experience Museum. We also appreciated the ample parking and easy disabled access.

I stayed at Heritage Park Hotel in Pontypridd and I must say, it was great value for money. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The location was ideal, close to the event we were attending and convenient for exploring Cardiff and visiting family. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, there was ample parking, which was a bonus.

The portion size of the breakfast. It was delicious and reasonably priced, but the quantities were too large.

The location of the hotel is ideal, situated in a bustling area that offers easy access to local attractions. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities such as a new freeview TV. The bathroom was well-maintained and provided complimentary bath products. The service at the hotel was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was served promptly, and there were various options available. The view from the hotel room was pleasant, offering a glimpse of the surrounding scenery.

One drawback I experienced was the limited selection of local beer at the bar.

Reception staff were friendly, room was clean. Windows open, needed heating. Hot water ran out quickly. Bar area was clean.

As a disabled guest, I loved the spacious room with disabled access and a walk-in shower. The added bonus of having Netflix channels and tea and coffee making facilities was great. The hotel also provided complimentary bottles of water and biscuits, which was a pleasant surprise. The inclusion of Wi-Fi and parking in the price was convenient. The staff, including Alison and the bar/restaurant manager, were extremely helpful and friendly.

Arrived with my daughter in the evening , after a disastrous experience at another local hotel. The relief was immense when we were greeted by pleasant and welcoming staff at Heritage Park. From the moment we arrived, all the staff we encountered were absolutely wonderful - friendly, efficient, and affable. The beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean, and the breakfasts were lovely. Disabled access was easy, parking was great, and the restaurant had an impressive standard of food. Everything about our stay was first class, thanks to the amazing staff.

Had the most amazing Easter stay! The rooms were lovely and had the most comfortable beds ever! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable and the gym and pool area were clean and tidy. Oh and the traditional breakfast and evening meals were delicious!

The staff are polite and courteous, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. With spacious and comfortable rooms, a delicious breakfast, and a variety of facilities including a sauna, steam room, and pool, it's a great choice for a relaxing getaway.

Although the rooms are spacious and comfortable, a minor issue was some noise from the bed when moving, which could easily be resolved with a simple fix.
