Our two-night stay at Highcliffe House was the perfect ending to our Cornwall trip. The majestic property boasts stunning views of the bay, while the friendly hosts, Richard and Robert, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The tastefully chosen furniture, beautiful artwork, and lovely scent throughout the house added to the inviting atmosphere. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and luxurious linens. The provided tablet with detailed information and charging options for our devices was a nice touch. The first-class breakfast served by Robert was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. Richard and Robert's exceptional hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable.

A Hidden Gem with Stunning Views!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming bed and breakfast in North Devon. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The owners, Jason and Neal, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was absolutely perfect.

The value for money was outstanding, with a spacious and comfortable room that exceeded our expectations. The location was breathtaking, perched on a steep hillside with stunning views of Lynmouth bay and beyond. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

The only thing that could make the breakfast even better would be to have more vegetarian options available.

I recently stayed at a lovely bed & breakfast in Lynton called Highcliffe House. From the moment we arrived, the hosts Jason and Neal were incredibly attentive and gracious. They even had a complimentary cream tea waiting for us. The entire building was elegantly decorated, with a carved bed and beautiful decor throughout. It was spotlessly clean and the linen and towels were of high quality. The breakfast menu was impressive, offering a wide range of choices using fresh local produce. There were also lovely walks to enjoy nearby, and Jason and Neal provided excellent dinner recommendations. it was a fantastic experience and I only wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel was perfectly clean, with comfortable and relaxing rooms. The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of food options. The location had amazing views of the sea and was close to the town center.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we were treated like royalty. the staff here goes above and beyond to ensure every guest has a luxurious stay. the room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and had exclusive amenities, such as a private sun terrace and leisure/TV room. the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the location advantages.

the private facilities in the room lacked hot water on our first night, but the hotel staff fixed it promptly the next morning.

The conservatory at the back of the house offered stunning views of Lynmouth and the sea. The comfortable rooms had luxurious bedding and beautiful decor. The hosts were attentive and helpful, offering suggestions for walks and cafes. Guests enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with a great selection of options, including homemade granola and yogurt parfait. The complimentary cream tea upon arrival was a delicious bonus. The decking area provided a perfect spot to soak up the breathtaking views.

The hotel lacked some facilities.

Incredible views, comfortable room, delicious breakfast with local produce and attentive hosts. The house had a calm and welcoming atmosphere with fresh flowers and subtle music. Only downside was the steep walk back from town. I would highly recommend Highcliffe House for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
