The hostel was spot on, ideal for a rest after gallivanting around Morvern. the kitchen and laundry facilities were ace, saving time and hassle during our stay. the hostels main area was a proper chill spot, perfect for mingling with other guests. Sun terrace on site was a nice touch and plenty of TV options for relaxing. I'm struggling to think of anything I didn't like but maybe better lighting in the room would've been handy. 🌞

The bunk beds were surprisingly comfy, and the shared kitchen had all we needed for cooking. the views overlooking Sound of Mull and Loch Aline were stunning, making it a great base for sightseeing. the drying room was a lifesaver for our wet motorbike gear after a day of riding in the rain.

The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Parking was limited and a bit tricky due to the steep grade, leading to some noisy late-night arrivals struggling to park their vehicles.

The Highland Basecamp in Lochaline exceeded my expectations with its cosy rooms, well, equipped kitchen, and stunning views. the staff's friendliness and the convenience of self, check, in made our stay enjoyable. the sun terrace and leisure room offered relaxation, while exploring nearby landmarks like MacKinnon's Cave strengthened our family bond. Although a long drive if missing the ferry, the overall experience was unforgettable.

I had a wonderful stay at Highland Basecamp in Lochaline. The ensuite double bedroom was perfect, allowing me to come and go as I pleased. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The shared cooking and lounge facilities were well maintained and spotless, making it easy to prepare meals and unwind after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this property, especially if you want to experience the beauty of Scotland.

The friendly staff advised me on taxis at first stay. Free Wi-Fi, parking, and shared kitchen make my stay easy. Outdoor dining and picnic areas are lovely. Quick check-in/out, VIP treatment. Hiking, cycling, diving keep me busy. A perfect spot for my business trips.
