The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Our cabin was clean and well-equipped, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our time at the hotel.

While there were a few minor issues, such as a limited amount of internet access and a slight unpleasant smell in the cabin, these did not significantly impact our overall experience. We were able to enjoy the beauty of the lake and the peaceful ambiance of the area.

The value for money was fantastic, with a clean and well-equipped room that exceeded our expectations. The location was breathtaking, right on the shore of the lake, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay at Hill Of Oaks.

We had a perfect stay at an amazing cottage at Hill Of Oaks. It was super clean and very dog-friendly, with beautiful views. The cottage had all modern conveniences and was incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was included, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful doggie bag with blanket, toy, and treats for our Springer. The location was great, with a sandy beach nearby. We will definitely be back for another stay.

our stay at hill of oaks in windermere was even better than expected. the cosy and well-equipped accommodation had a lovely vibe, and the welcome pack was a nice touch. the highlight was definitely the balcony with a stunning view over lake windermere, where we enjoyed feeding the ducks and geese in the mornings.

loved the return stay in windermere. hill of oaks exceeded expectations with twinkling christmas tree lights, a warm apartment, and a welcome pack. peaceful and quiet with stunning views. especially loved the wood burning stove.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Windermere. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. It was a cozy and comfortable room, with all the amenities we needed. We even received a thoughtful treat of mulled wine and mince pies. Can't wait to return in warmer weather for a larger lodge!

The location of this caravan park is fantastic, situated on the side of a beautiful lake with great access for boating and kayaking. The pitches are well-equipped with electric and water points, and the shower/toilet block is very good. the modern apartment/cottage offers a lovely view of the lake, comfortable seating, and a spacious property for a group of adults and a baby.

There were issues with noise insulation between floors, causing disturbance during the night.

Stunning location right on the bank of a beautiful lake. The accommodation had all the modern conveniences and was clean and comfortable. The surrounding area offered plenty of attractions to explore. I particularly enjoyed kayaking on the lake. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to others.

The lodge was clean and tidy, with everything we needed provided. The view was incredible, overlooking a beautiful lake. The outdoor deck area was a comfortable place to relax. Free parking was conveniently located beside our lodge. The bed was comfortable, with lovely pillows and bedding. The kitchenette was well-equipped with cooking tools. It was great to have a store on site to purchase food and supplies. We even received a £10 voucher for purchases at the store. The provided 10GB WIFI voucher was a nice bonus.

We had a fabulous stay at Hill Of Oaks. the location was stunning, with a view of the lake through the surrounding trees. the safari tent was spotless and had everything we needed for a glamping holiday, including a cozy four-poster bed. We were pleasantly surprised to find 3 electric heaters and a log burner, making the tent warm and comfortable. the on-site shop may not have had a wide selection, but the helpful lady there made up for it with her assistance and even provided directions and treats. it was a grand experience.

The views from our accommodation were absolutely stunning, with the lake just a short walk away. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the cottage and the helpfulness of the staff. having a fully equipped kitchen in our apartment made it convenient for us to cook our own meals.

The roads around the area were quite narrow and poorly lit, making it difficult for us to navigate, especially at night. Another downside was the limited amount of free WiFi provided, only 5gb for our entire stay, which was not enough for our needs.

We had a wonderful time at Hill Of Oaks! Our stay was for a weekend getaway and we couldn't have been happier. The facilities were lovely, with a clean and contemporary brick building offering stunning views over the lake. It was spacious enough for our group of three couples, and we enjoyed cooking our own breakfast and dining in the evenings. The boathouse exceeded our expectations with its spotless appearance and modern amenities. The staff were super friendly, and the surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. We also enjoyed a delightful squirrel walk on site.
