I recently stayed at Hillside Holiday Cottage for a week with my daughter and her puppy. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing us with treats for the puppy and a basket full of goodies for us. The cottage had absolutely everything we needed, from games and CDs to a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for walking and cycling in the North Pennines. We were so impressed that we have already booked for next year.

Would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday cottage. Trish and Doug, our hosts, were welcoming and helpful. The cottage felt like a home away from home, with all the comforts and more. The location was perfect for our family wedding, and we appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket and stocked fridge. The house was well-stocked and impeccably clean, with cozy beds and soft towels. We can't wait to return for another visit!
