Liked the friendly staff who were always available to help, and the conveniences offered such as spacious and clean bathrooms. the location was also a plus, with easy access to public transportation and bus stations nearby. the free breakfast was a nice bonus, with a variety of options to choose from.

Disliked the noise levels, with loud noises heard throughout the night and early mornings. It was difficult to get a peaceful sleep with constant disturbances.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the diverse mix of guests at the hotel, making it a lively and interesting experience. the breakfast provided was complete and kept me full until lunchtime. Additionally, the convenient location near the railway station allowed for easy access to transportation for exploring the city.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. the room I stayed in was cramped with very little space between bunks and limited room for belongings.

I recently stayed at Palmers Lodge Hillspring and had a fantastic time. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised to find a shower in my room. The outside area with benches was a great place to relax, and I appreciated being able to leave my car in the car park while I explored the city. The location was convenient with easy access to public transport, and the wifi was excellent. The uncooked breakfast was delicious and the facilities, including the bar, were top-notch. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again.
