We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for our day out, and we were able to enjoy a hot coffee in the evening. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff treated us professionally and were very friendly and helpful, showing lots of interest in our kids. We were impressed by the variety of food options and the excellent service at the restaurant. The facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, were fantastic. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was great, with shops within a few hundred meters and still secluded enough for the privacy you'd expect of a top-class hotel. It was perfect for our trip to Legoland and the shops in the area. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and just as good as what we have experienced at other hotels. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us. They even let us into the hotel after midnight on Monday, which we greatly appreciated. we had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again.

The staff seemed borderline traumatised and completely incapable of managing, as if nobody had informed the hotel that it was an area popular with families with young children. However, this place would still be recommended for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect, nestled in a nice area away from the front door area, yet within easy reach of all the attractions in the area. The service provided by the staff, from the Management to the waiting staff, was impeccable. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The hotel itself had excellent facilities, including a leisure indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, which were a great way to relax after a long day. The rooms were lovely, with all the amenities we could ask for, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great for enjoying a delicious meal or a refreshing drink. the service and amenities at this place were outstanding.

We arrived at the hotel after a long day at Legoland, and the location was perfect for us. The reception area was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a cozy and festive atmosphere. Our room was easy to access from reception, and we were delighted to find free tea and coffee waiting for us. The room itself was modern and clean, with a spacious layout and a huge TV. The air conditioning was responsive, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout our stay.

We had to wait for over 25 minutes for the children's buffet to be restocked, and there were several dirty tables left unattended.

The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The restaurant where we had breakfast offered exceptional service and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the nearby parks, which provided a pleasant outdoor experience.

For the price we paid, we got great value for our money. The room was comfortable and clean, and the connecting door between the rooms was perfect for our grandsons. The location was convenient, with nearby pubs serving good food, and a Sainsburys right across the street. The staff were helpful and quickly resolved any issues we had.

I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Bracknell Hotel. The pool was great, although a little busy due to half term. The highlight was the outstanding service from the staff. Rimas, the waiter/barman, went above and beyond to ensure our group had a memorable time. The food was delicious, especially the complimentary birthday dessert for my daughter. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to local attractions such as Coral Reef water park, Thorpe Park, and Chessington. Additionally, the hotel was centrally located for transportation, with a train to London taking under an hour. The parking was ample and convenient, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area.

Location was convenient and easy to find with plenty of free parking. the room was spacious and had a large flat screen TV. the bed linen was clean and comfortable.

The staff were preoccupied with Christmas parties and failed to provide a travel cot as requested. When my wife requested to warm up our son’s food, they brought up boiling water and placed it on the floor.
