We recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was ideally placed to access the financial district and within a reasonable walking distance from the main tourist attractions. The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful, and we couldn't fault the customer service. The room amenities, including heating, air conditioning, and a sitting area, were all well-maintained and provided us with enhanced comfort. The hotel also offered great facilities, such as a restaurant and bar/lounge area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. we highly recommend this place to others.

Morning meal had a small opportunity for improvement - adding a wider variety of freshly baked pastries would have been a nice touch.

The staff at the hotel were beyond helpful and very lovely! They allowed us to order breakfast in bed even though we missed the cut-off time. They also left a note and some biscuits for my partner's birthday. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the location was excellent for exploring Edinburgh and going to the zoo. The breakfast had a great choice of warm and cold foods.

We had a lovely stay at Grosvenor! Despite a small misjudgement on our part about the location, it turned out to be conveniently close to Haymarket and tram stops. The staff were great, allowing us to store our bags and even giving us cocktail vouchers for the hotel bar. Our room was spacious and clean, with a nice corner view. The breakfast had a great variety of warm and cold foods. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return!

There were a few minor drawbacks, such as older furniture, broken bathroom tiles, and stained carpet in the room. The bed and floor were squeaky, and the bathroom extractor was dirty and not working.

The room was huge with a very comfortable bed and plenty of cupboard space. I loved the tea and coffee facilities, including shortbread biscuits. The bar was cosy and inviting with well-spaced out tables. Despite a few scuff marks on the walls and stains on the carpet, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating!
