Had a lovely stay with my partner and his family before our visit to Alton Towers. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff were wonderful and friendly. The restaurant had nice food with great vegan/vegetarian options. The rooms were really well appointed and comfy. We didn't visit the town so not sure about the proximity of the hotel to the center but it was a 5 minute taxi ride from the train station and minutes to Alton Towers. this is a really good value for money option.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and had an amazing experience. This place is located in a central area, close to the city center and a theater we were visiting, which was very convenient for us. The hotel itself is modern and stylish with clean and tidy rooms. The staff were warm and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was top-notch with a wide variety of high-quality food, and the areas were always kept clean and well-stocked. I also appreciated the amenities provided in the room, such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. this hotel exceeded my expectations and made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I was surprised to find out that the restaurant was not available for dinner, but that didn't dampen my experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The food at Hilton Garden Inn Stoke On Trent was delicious and the hotel is conveniently located for visiting Alton Towers. We had a comfortable and clean room with a great shower and lovely toiletries. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting us with printing paperwork for our flight. The self-service breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold options.

There was no room service available during our stay, despite being told otherwise by the restaurant staff. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room was not working and we were provided with a fan that was inadequate for the room size.

My Xmas stay was fantastic! the staff members were polite, professional and exceptionally friendly. the best aspects were the vegetarian options in the restaurant and the exquisite shower in my room. the hotel's central location was an added advantage, with many nearby attractions within a short walk.

The air conditioning was quite noisy, and the doors banging all night affected my sleep quality. the rooms had a damp smell which was unpleasant.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and beds. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, from Roberto and the bar/kitchen staff to the reception team. The location was also convenient, being close to Alton Towers and Stoke-on-Trent.

The hotel, located near the main shopping center and the Potteries Museum and Art Gallery, offers a convenient base for exploring the local attractions. The bright and modern hotel features a comfortable bar and reception area. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds and pillows that ensure a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast is simple but well-cooked, and the waffle maker is a nice touch. The hotel is also conveniently located near the bus station, making it easy to travel to the Gladstone Museum.

One downside is the limited tea/coffee selection and lack of wooden sticks in the rooms.

The room design was stunning with industrial vibes, clean and polished. The bathroom was gorgeous with a white and grey grout. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and the TV was huge. The car park had plenty of spaces and was conveniently located just over the road. The room service came quickly, and the food was great. The hotel staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful.

It was so convenient to be able to walk into the cultural area and explore. The service was top-notch, with the housekeeping staff being attentive and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and a soundproofed atmosphere that allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. We also appreciated the presence of a refrigerator and kitchenette in the room, which made it easy to store and prepare our own meals. The dining options were also outstanding, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area that served delicious food and had a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and even cooked poached and fried eggs to order. In terms of leisure facilities, the fitness centre was well-equipped and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay. we were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and quality of the services provided here.

My partner and I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for a weekend getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Not only did they ensure our room was spotless, but they also surprised us with birthday decorations and a card for my partner's birthday. The pornstar martinis at the hotel bar were the best we've ever had. We loved the complimentary bottle of prosecco upon arrival. The check-in process was efficient and the staff made us feel welcome. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a great shower and provided lovely toiletries and large towels. The hotel gym facilities were also excellent.

Delicious breakfast choices and latte, lovely surroundings for walks. Modern and clean rooms, friendly staff. Convenient location near university and museums. Annoying car park across busy road, but no other issues.
