We recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Sunderland for a night and we were thoroughly impressed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided all the comforts we needed. The hotel even went the extra mile to ensure a safe and sanitary environment during these challenging times, with a patient safe aerosol chamber and temperature checks upon entry.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as limited TV channels and some noise from the corridor, these were easily outweighed by the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, including the bar staff Daniel and Callum, were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Right from the moment I walked into the building, I felt well taken care of. The hotel itself was clean and inviting, and my room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. I loved that there was plenty of storage space and the window took up most of the wall, offering a lovely view. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre, making it easy to get around on public transport. The breakfast selection was delicious, and there were plenty of options to choose from.

Transportation was convenient with public transport options such as buses, metro, and train stations nearby.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a luxurious bath and powerful shower. Plus, the hotel offers a range of amenities, from room service and dry cleaning to a 24-hour reception and fitness studio.

Families will find this hotel to be a great choice, with its convenient location and comfortable rooms.

Close to metro station, making it easy to access. Within walking distance to the large Tesco Extra store. Located near The Stadium of Light. Good breakfast options. Friendly staff.

Nothing, all great.

The hotel staff went above and beyond for my girlfriend's 21st birthday. They allowed us to check-in early to decorate the room and provided a free upgrade and breakfast. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and even an iron and ironing board. The free use of washing and drying machines was a great convenience. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and a great vibe.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel most welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the Stadium of Light and a short walk to Sunderland town centre. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the view from our room, overlooking the football stadium. a fantastic experience.

The location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of the town center and the sea. It was also right next to the football grounds, which was a bonus for us. The service was great, with room service available for 24 hours and the housekeeping being done to an excellent standard. The room was well equipped with amenities such as a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The staff were always lovely and welcoming, and we even got an upgrade without having to ask for it.

We would recommend this hotel to all.

As foreign tourists, we loved the modern and spacious hotel room with comfortable beds and a clean, fresh atmosphere. The large, well-equipped shower cubicle was a pleasant surprise, and the free Wi-Fi with strong signal made it easy to stay connected. The hotel's proximity to the Stadium of Light was a major plus, especially as we were attending a match. The complimentary parking across the road was convenient, and we even received a pass to leave our car there throughout the day. The staff's helpfulness and friendliness made us feel welcome and taken care of, and they promptly fulfilled our request for extra milk for our coffee.

We had an amazing Thanksgiving break with my family. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and we could choose from a variety of options. the hotel was situated in a prime location, making it easy for us to explore the city. The kids particularly loved the indoor pool and the comfort of the rooms. a great value for money experience.

The room service was not up to the mark. We called for towels and had to wait for almost an hour to get them.

Tidy rooms, good breakfast options. Ideal for Sunderland football matches or Aqua Centre visits. They stored our muddy bikes and were very friendly. Comfortable rooms, delicious dinner, and perfect location for the Stadium of Light Graduation Ceremony. Room service for breakfast and evening meals, with a nice selection and great food.
