The suite with terrace was spacious, quiet, and perfect for our family, with a family-friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel. Breakfast options were outstanding, and the staff showed exceptional hospitality, particularly Mr Gauresh who arranged help for our luggage. However, the elevators were a bit slow and one was out of order during our visit, which led to longer waits. The age of the hotel showed in the decor and some amenities, but the location near grocery stores and restaurants made up for it.

Super close to Paddington, which made hopping on the Heathrow Express a breeze. The breakfast was a solid way to start the day, with lots of options. Had a bit of trouble with the wifi. it was kinda spotty at times. Still, the room was cozy and had decent space to relax after walking around London.

absolutely disappointing experience. I can’t believe I had to ask four times for slippers, which never arrived, and the room service was a total joke. I really expected a complimentary upgrade for all the hassle, but no such luck. The location is nice, but honestly, quite mediocre overall. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.
