The place is absolutely AMAZING! It's mind-blowingly clean; the bed sheets and kitchen equipment are spotless. The owner has thought of everything, from providing kitchen spices to plastic wraps and paper towels. They even set up an extra z-bed for me without any prior notice and went above and beyond by carrying it upstairs. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of room for luggage, and having 2 toilets is a huge plus. The little touches, like a Christmas tree in the living room, create a cozy and festive atmosphere. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with a supermarket just a short drive away. The master bedroom even has its own kitchen, TV, and ensuite bathroom. The customer service is absolutely superb and the value for money is unbeatable. Thank you, Shona, for making our stay so pleasant and creating memories for our holiday. We can't wait to return to this jaw-dropping property.

The communication with the owner before our arrival was perfect and the house was easily locatable. It is situated in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac, making it peaceful and relaxing. Inside, the house was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space for everyone. The themed bedrooms added a nice touch and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The back garden was beautifully tended, and although we didn't have time to enjoy it, it was greatly appreciated. our stay at Fionn House was wonderful and memorable.

We got great value for our money at Fionn House Darlington. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, in a quiet and safe residential area. The staff treated us with excellent customer service, making our holiday even more memorable.

Lovely clean, welcoming property. Had a driveway and an enclosed backyard garden area with seating for a nice chat on a nighttime. Loved the hidden en suite! Owner had left a portfolio of info on takeaways, places to visit, etc. Also arrived to tea/coffee with milk in the fridge for us. Will definitely return.
