I really got my money's worth at Hitchin Priory. The room was comfy and clean, and for £60, it was a steal. The location was perfect, with beautiful parkland behind the hotel and a charming historic town nearby. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, making my stay even better. If I ever need to stay in Hitchin again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

The breakfast could have been better. The orange juice machine was broken, so there was no orange juice available.

Window catch in room was broken.

We recently had a romantic escape and enjoyed the spacious room with beautiful views. the towels were fluffy, and the bed was comfortable. the breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff was friendly.

The room and hallway were run down and the carpet was dirty. the shower head and screen were mouldy and encrusted with scale.

loved the historic charm & location of the priory - much better than a generic modern hotel. great value for money, clean rooms, plenty of lights & good tea/coffee facilities. quick walk to high street & convenient for visiting family. already recommended it & will definitely stay again.
