From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and attention to detail were exceptional. the beautiful Vulcan room with its copper bath was a hit with the kids and the complimentary snacks and drinks were a lovely touch, making everyone feel special and at home.

My wife says that adding a small play area for kids would enhance the family experience.

A longer cushion behind the bed to prevent pillows from slipping off would be a minor improvement suggestion.
