Arriving in the evening, we were warmly greeted by the hosts and provided with helpful information about nearby dining options. the accommodation was tastefully furnished and impressively clean. We had a comfortable night's sleep and enjoyed an excellent breakfast. the house had a beautiful garden and a private seating area for relaxation.

While minor, a few improvements could be made. A regular kettle would have been preferred, and some rooms lacked a headboard and sufficient space for toiletries in the bathroom.

I recently stayed at Holbein House for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The hosts, Roberta and her husband, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The house itself is beautiful, located in a quiet residential area near a lovely park and the sea. The continental breakfast served in the elegant dining room was plentiful and delicious. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a lovely en-suite bathroom. The hosts' pets, including a dog, cat, and bunny, were an adorable addition to our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to return one day.

We had an amazing stay at this B&B. Our room was upgraded to a larger one free of charge and it was bright, clean, and spacious. The shower was huge and the bed was very comfortable. They have a large breakfast buffet with plenty of options to choose from. The friendly dog was a bonus, as it didn't bother us unless we wanted interaction. As backpackers, we appreciated the location being within walking distance to supermarkets, the town center, and the beach. We even walked to nearby towns like Newlyn and Mousehole. The hosts, Mike and Ally, were fantastic and made us feel like family. They went above and beyond for us every day. it was the best B&B we've ever stayed at.

We also loved the fact that we could easily visit other nearby places like St Ives and Land's End. the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. And the best part was the friendly company of the hotel's pets, especially Elvis the golden retriever. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay!

Honestly, there was nothing we disliked about our experience at this hotel. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return again.

And when I missed my bus, they graciously offered me a free lift to my destination. The house itself was clean and comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere. Located conveniently close to the town centre and delicious restaurants, Holbein House is the perfect choice for a pleasant stay in Penzance. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast for its warm hospitality and attention to detail.

On our recent romantic escape, we had an exceptional time at this hotel. the lovely clean bedroom was spacious and plush, and the fresh linen was just perfect. the location was ideal, we could easily access the main city attractions plus the nightlife and restaurants. the hot breakfast was delightful, and there was plenty of variety. We also enjoyed the homemade banana bread and brownies along with the hot drinks.

Honestly, there is nothing much to dislike from our visit. However, the only slight problem was the lack of good soundproofing.

So close to the promenade and town center. Convenient transportation to the local beach in ten minutes with free parking. Situated in a very nice quiet residential area. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff.
