Helpful staff, clean room, good breakfast, adequate parking, well-decorated.

holiday inn aylesbury exceeded my expectations! the receptionist went the extra mile to find us a suitable room. the hotel had a great appearance from the outside and was even better on the inside. we only stayed for one night but wished we could have stayed longer. the room was excellent, with helpful support bars and handles in the bathroom. breakfast was also fantastic, and the parking was very convenient. the staff were friendly and the trollies for our luggage were a nice touch.

Outdated decor in some areas.

During my stay at Holiday Inn, there was a power outage, but the staff promptly informed all guests and provided updates. Although it was a bit inconvenient, they handled the situation well. Additionally, the hotel's location near RAF Halton was convenient for my needs.

One drawback was that the rooms had conjoining doors, which allowed sound to easily travel between rooms. Another issue was that the walls were quite thin, making it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep.

The air conditioning was excellent, shower fantastic. Choice of pillows and attentive staff. Nice restaurant, great steak. Convenient location and easy check-in/out process. Friendly and welcoming staff, especially Raj. Clean room with tea station. Soft and fluffy towels. Good blackout curtains. Plenty of free parking. No noise from other guests.

The value for money at Holiday Inn was great, with a comfortable and clean room. The location was beautiful, surrounded by nice grounds, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect for us, as it was in an area that suited our needs. The service from the front desk through to the room cleaners was great, and everyone was friendly and provided excellent service. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a great shower and an extremely comfy bed. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the bar and breakfast the next day. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including the in-room safe, tea and coffee facilities, and television. We also appreciated the leisure facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool and sauna, which were a great way to relax after a long day. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

The room size was great and the bathroom was very clean. the newly refurbished foyer and restaurant had a modern and comfortable style that I really liked. the staff, especially the reception team, were professional and friendly.

The bed in our room was worn and uncomfortable, it definitely needs a new mattress. the public areas beyond the refurbished foyer and restaurant looked tired and old fashioned.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to the main road network and the national centre for disability sports. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely bathroom and a big, comfortable bed. The staff provided excellent service, from the friendly reception desk to the well-trained and polite bar staff. The breakfast selection was good and there was ample free parking available.

As young people, we absolutely loved the pool and the friendly staff who attended to our needs.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Aylesbury for the third time, and it is still a great value stay. The staff at reception and in the bar were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was adequate, and the bar served food on Boxing Day. The room was quiet and we felt very welcome with a Christmas stocking on our door. The room size was good and the bathroom was very clean. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've experienced in the UK, and the server deserves compliments for their excellent service. Sorry, I didn't catch their name.

The room was spacious with a nice view and the shower was easy to use. The staff at the desk and spa were fabulous and very helpful. The breakfast, although expensive, was to be expected. The location was good and the bar and restaurant service was great.

The beds were comfortable and the towels were clean. the hotel was located near a train station and close to restaurants and shops, making it easy to get around. the breakfast options were varied and plentiful, providing a good start to the day.

The room was in need of some maintenance, with stains on the carpet and outdated furniture. the staff were not very accommodating and seemed uninterested in helping resolve issues that arose.
