The value for money was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was lovely, away from the city center but easily accessible by public transport. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout our stay.

The food was a rip-off and the staff seemed to be just going through the motions, quite slow and not particularly friendly.

The style of the room was calming and relaxing, with immaculate bathroom. The staff, especially Saide the duty manager and the receptionists, were lovely and welcoming. On top of that, the breakfast was cooked to perfection and offered a variety of warm and cold dishes. The hotel also had ironing facilities, which were really helpful.
