Convenient yet chaotic experience

The hotel was clean and the room spacious with good water pressure in the shower, perfect after a long journey. Breakfast was a solid buffet and the location made it easy for our trip to Legoland.

Staff were wonderful,, and the location is a plus for airport access. The air-conditioning was effective and made the stay comfortable.

Limited dinner menu disappointed my expectations,, and cleanliness in common areas could definitely improve. Taxi charges felt excessive, too.

Great Stay with Room for Improvement!

We enjoyed a comfortable night here, but be cautious of taxi fares from T5. opting for an Uber saved us after the cabs refused our short ride. Also, the in-house restaurant had a decent breakfast with tasty options, perfect for fueling up before our flight.

The rooms I've experienced were intolerably cold, and it took forever to resolve the heating issue!!! Wi-Fi connections were spotty at best, leaving me incredibly frustrated!!! A more reliable customer service during busy times would be appreciated!!!

Check in was effortless and parking was convenient. The furniture looks outdated and needs updating.

We enjoyed the spacious family rooms and the hot breakfast was a hit. My dad loved the friendly staff, especially at the restaurant, which made our meals enjoyable and hassle-free. Conveniently, we had easy access to Terminal 5 for our flights.

For dads, it would be great if they improved the shuttle service times. My wife found the check-in slow, and the room's cleanliness could be enhanced.

Absolutely loved the stay! ! So comfy and clean, such a friendly atmosphere with helpful staff!

stayed here for a quick overnight, and the staff were super nice and welcoming. loved the free breakfast, it had a decent amount of choices, and the rooms were clean and fresh. air con was a lifesaver during the hot weather. the location is pretty close to the airport which was a plus. overall, great value for money for a quick stay!

only downside was the tiny space for 4 people in the room, and parking fees were kinda high at £10.

holiday inn express was close enough to the airport for an easy drop off, and the in-house restaurant served an impressive breakfast with beans, scrambled eggs, and bacon. the staff were super friendly and went the extra mile for our kids!

Staff at the bar and restaurant provided fantastic service, with Costa standing out for being particularly engaging. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a good shower with pressure. However, the dining options were limited, especially for dinner, and the restaurant's prices felt high considering the mediocre quality of the food. For airport transfers, it's wise to book the shuttle from the hotel to save on costs, as taxis are expensive.
