My purpose was to explore Liverpool and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Albert Docks. I stayed at Holiday Inn Express, which turned out to be a remarkable choice. The hotel, located in a former dockland warehouse, impressed me with its unique architecture and breathtaking views of Albert Docks. The floor-to-ceiling windows in our bedroom provided an amazing perspective of the surroundings. I loved the fact that the windows opened, allowing fresh air to fill the room. The beds were comfortable, and we had a variety of pillows to choose from. The bathroom was spacious, featuring a walk-in shower. The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a generous selection of items including bacon, scrambled eggs, Cumberland sausage, and baked beans. The hotel's position near a range of attractions, including the Tate, Maritime Museum, and Museum of Liverpool, was excellent. Additionally, the discount vouchers for local restaurants provided a nice touch.

We had a lovely stay at Holiday Inn Express with a fabulous view of the picturesque Albert Docks. The building itself is full of historical character and the staff were incredibly helpful. The staff were excellent and took good care of us during our stay. the grab and go breakfast was well-prepared and a convenient option. the location of the hotel was superb, right on the dock and close to popular attractions.

The room was quite basic for its price, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the window was dirty, making it difficult to enjoy the view of the dock.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It's close to everything you need, including the Beatles Museum and the city centre for some socially distanced Xmas shopping. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with views overlooking the beautiful Albert Dock. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast is nice and fresh, with a good selection of hot drinks available.

The entrance for disabled guests with suitcases can be inconvenient due to the ramp and cobblestones.

Great location near restaurants and bars on the doorstep, perfect for exploring the city. the staff on reception were fantastic, accommodating my request and being excellent throughout my stay.

The breakfast setup needs improvement. the queues were long because people couldn't access both sides of the food counter.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was enjoyable overall. The location was great, just a short walk to Liverpool One and with a beautiful view of the dock from our room. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spacious and had a lovely view as well. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great location on Albert Dock, walking distance to local attractions and eating places. Lovely building with spacious and modern rooms. Spotlessly clean throughout, one of the cleanest rooms we've ever stayed in. Requested room with dock views and it didn't disappoint. Comfortable bed for a great night's sleep. Minimal noise from the dock, didn't disrupt sleep. Breakfast was delicious and well-organized. Discounted parking available nearby for convenience. Will be our go-to hotel for future visits to Liverpool.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right on Albert Dock, close to all the Heritage sights on the Waterfront and tourist attractions. The breakfast was great. The cleanliness of the hotel was exemplary.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful time. the location of the hotel was perfect, right above the Beatles museum with a wonderful view overlooking the Albert Dock. It was a great starting point for exploring many attractions in the area. Additionally, the basic amenities provided in the room were exactly what I needed for a comfy stay. The room had a nice view of the Albert docks with a balcony, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast included was also a highlight, with a lovely relaxed atmosphere and a decent view at 10:15am.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great, no complaints!

Great location within walking distance of all the city center sights. Loved the exposed structural elements of the old warehouse. Q car park under Liverpool One is very modern and feels safe. Breakfast was good quality with ample and varied choices. The grab and go bags were a nice touch.
