Great location, comfortable bed, and helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast options were good and the staff went out of their way to assist guests with disabilities. The bathroom was accessible and had grab handles for added convenience. The hotel had a welcoming and accommodating atmosphere.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was not far from the city centre and a short distance from Derby rail station. there were seven restaurants nearby, making it easy to find a meal recommended by our business partner. The room was clean, with a good size TV and comfortable bed.

The hotel was great value for money, especially considering the prices of other nearby hotels and restaurants on the retail park. The location was excellent, making it easy to catch the bus to the Download Festival and also convenient for exploring the city center. The room was clean and a good size, with a compact but impressive 32-inch LCD TV. The staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities were all in working order.

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Derby was fantastic. The hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout my visit. The room I stayed in was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. The breakfast provided was satisfying and helped kickstart my day. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, as it was close to Pride Park football stadium and there was a great Indian restaurant, Niccos, just opposite the hotel.

Although my overall experience at the hotel was great, there were a couple of minor issues. the threshold strip between the bedroom and bathroom was a bit of a trip hazard, causing me to stub my toe twice.

Private car park ensured the safety of my vehicle. Staff gave a warm welcome and engaged in easy conversation, making me feel comfortable as a solo traveler.

Everything felt snug, but the staff went above and beyond to assist me without any trouble.

Enjoyed my Easter stay at this hotel. the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly. Loved the central location and convenience of having a hairdryer and iron available in our room.

The traffic during football games was hectic, and the noise level from outside was at times unbearable. Unfortunately, the mattress was too hard, which affected the quality of my sleep.
