The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to regular bus services to the city centre and a shopping mall with various eateries right nearby. It was also situated in a nice quiet district, which made for a peaceful stay. The rooms were well-furnished and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service, ensuring that the basic amenities were in good order. Additionally, it was a pleasant surprise to have a room available for early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after an early flight.

We stayed at a hotel in Leith, which was a great base for exploring various areas of the city. The hotel was newly refurbished, with a fresh reception and breakfast area. The twin room was spacious and had really comfortable beds. Breakfast had a good selection and the staff were accommodating even during busy times. The hotel had convenient access to the city center with a bus stop right outside. Additionally, there were plenty of free parking spaces available.

The room we stayed in was located on the first floor above the bins, which could get noisy when they were emptied.

The rooms were clean and modern, with a comfortable bed. the breakfast was good and had plenty of options. the hotel's location in Leith was convenient, close to the ocean terminal and shopping center. It also had excellent public transport links to the city.

The bathroom door handle needed repairing and the toilet holder was not up to par. the family room felt cramped when the sofa bed was pulled out.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of the waterfront and a great selection of bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was a larger selection of bacon, as it tended to run out quickly.

The construction noise was disruptive and hard to ignore. Parking was a bit tricky, but we managed to find a spot.
