My recent stay at Holiday Inn Express was exceptional. I stayed for two nights for a leisure trip and was thoroughly impressed. Danielle at check-in/out and at the bar was excellent and very personable. The breakfast was piping hot and the best I've experienced at any HIEX. The room was clean, the bed was incredibly comfy, and the staff were friendly throughout. The hotel's location was convenient and the overall ambiance was modern and spacious. I especially loved the modern power shower and the complimentary breakfast. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.

The hotel is very close to the railway station, which makes it convenient for travelers. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good selection of warm food, cereals, yogurts, and pastries. The rooms were clean and modern, with all the amenities needed for an overnight stay.

The rooms are clean and equipped with tea and coffee facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and always willing to help, providing a pleasant service. Plus, there is an Indian restaurant just across the road which offers delicious meals. the convenient location and clean rooms make for a great stay.

Parking can be a hassle and needs improvement.

Nothing could have been better.

The staff were great, always pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself was clean throughout. The location was excellent, right next to the train station, making transportation very convenient. The size of the room was good for my family, and my son loved the comfortable sofa bed. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety, with a cold buffet and delicious bacon/sausage sandwiches available.

During my stay at Holiday Inn Express Grimsby, the staff went above and beyond to make my little boy's birthday extra special. They surprised him with presents, decorations in our room, and even a personalized card. It was such a thoughtful gesture and my son was absolutely delighted. The service from the staff was impeccable and the rooms were lovely. The food was also delicious, offering great value for money. Even though the hotel is a bit out of Cleethorpes, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a double bed instead of two single beds. The beds were very comfortable, and the new bathroom was lovely. We were also delighted to discover a kettle with coffee and tea in our room. The hotel's location near the center of town and next to the rail station was very convenient. We enjoyed visiting the fantastic Peoples Park, which was within walking distance. The staff at this hotel were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful. They made my sister's first hotel visit a memorable one. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and we were even allowed to take some food away for snacks, which was very helpful when traveling with children. we were extremely happy with our stay.
