The staff were friendly and professional, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Despite being in a central location, I had no problem walking alone around midnight. The hotel was always clean and tidy, and well maintained. The service from the staff was top-notch, with polite and welcoming greetings. I had a great experience during my two-month stay and would like to thank the staff for their excellent service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness, hotel facilities, and parking were all exceptional. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a shopping center, with plenty of high street fashion stores, banks, and other amenities. Furthermore, it is within walking distance of all the shops in the local Q park. The proximity to the railway station was also a major plus, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel.

In the last 3 months, I have had the pleasure of staying at several Holiday Inn Express hotels, and I must say that the locations have been fantastic for exploring London. One of those locations was in a central area, which made it convenient to access various attractions and amenities. Although it may have been a bit challenging to find initially, the surrounding area offered a vibrant atmosphere and plenty of food options.

One aspect that could be improved is the cleanliness of certain areas of the hotel, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

my recent stay in croydon was a breath of fresh air. holiday inn express exceeded my expectations with their friendly staff, clean facilities, and convenient location. it was the perfect escape from the chaos of the city.

The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, being near all public transport options and situated in the bustling city center. It was just a short walk to both the West Croydon train station and the tram stop, making it easy to explore London. Additionally, the hotel was in close proximity to the shops, making it convenient for any shopping needs.

Some guests mentioned that the room cleaners were not thorough in cleaning, as they found hairs in the bathroom upon check-in and dirty coffee mugs and glasses were not always taken care of.

As guests with children, we appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms. The buffet breakfast was amazing, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
