We had a great stay at this hotel for three nights. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the beds were cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The breakfast had a good range of options, including tasty pastries and hot items. The location was convenient, with a bus stop right outside to take us to the Ealing Broadway station. it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

That the hotel was located a bit further out from the city center, requiring a long walk to the train station.

There were also plenty of shops nearby, which was convenient. the staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond when I had an issue with my shoe. They quickly got their maintenance person to fix it, saving me time and inconvenience. I was impressed with the cleanliness, the helpful staff, and the convenient location of the hotel.

That there weren't many dinner options available at the hotel, so I had to eat out. Another negative aspect was that the rooms facing the street were quite noisy, especially for light sleepers.

Had a great experience during Christmas holidays! Loved the free hot chocolate and Nutella offered for breakfast. the location was perfect, close to public transportation and shops.

The parking was quite expensive and far from the hotel, making it difficult to transport luggage. We also had trouble with the heating in the room, and it would have been helpful to have a demonstration on how to use it.
