Location and Helpful Staff: the hotel is conveniently located near the tube station, making it easy to travel around the city. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any queries or concerns.

Lack of Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was not up to par. There were hairs in the bathroom that remained throughout my entire stay.

The breakfast provided was more than adequate, offering a good variety of options. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. we had a great value for our money and would happily recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it is right near the tube station, making it extremely convenient for traveling around the city. Excellent welcome from Adam at check-in. He recognized us as IHG Spire Ambassador members and gave us a thorough rundown of the facilities. The staff members were efficient and friendly. The location, just 100 meters from the tube station, was ideal for easy access to central London. The room was spotless and although a bit snug, it was more than adequate for a short stay. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options. I would recommend this hotel.

the Holiday Inn Express was in an excellent location, just a stone's throw away from the station and the O2 Centre which offered various dining options, shops, and a cinema. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and I was pleased to be given a room on the quieter side of the hotel with a window that could be opened. the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast options provided a good variety, including allergy-friendly choices. it was a great choice for a reasonably priced stay in London.

The hotel is in a prime location, just opposite a bustling shopping center with various restaurants and a Sainsbury's store. It is also conveniently located near a tube station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel offers great facilities, including a delicious breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There were some issues with noise from the busy road outside, but this can be mitigated by requesting a room facing away from the street.

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its location across the road from a big indoor food court with lots of nice restaurants inside makes dining out convenient and enjoyable. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including proper beds for all family members, ensure a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the option of having a window that can open for fresh air.

The hotel could improve its communication regarding the availability of showers in the rooms, as it seems there was no notice or warning about only having a shower which may be difficult when trying to get the kids sorted.

Furthermore, we loved the convenience of being located across from a mall that offered an array of restaurants and other facilities.
