I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express and it was a fantastic experience. I arrived early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised to be given a room right away. The staff even offered me breakfast, which was a lifesaver after a long flight and taxi delay. The hotel was impeccably clean and affordable. The breakfast attendant was incredibly helpful, although the Panini and porridge options were not the best. However, the toast and tea made up for it. The staff went above and beyond, even changing my room and providing travel advice. The location was great, with a nearby tube station and a quiet area. a wonderful stay.

The hotel also had a nice business facilities area near the well-stocked bar. The location was convenient, with Victoria Coach and tube station just a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest station, Pimlico, less than 5 minutes away. The included breakfast was a pleasant surprise, making it a great value for money.

The location was ideal for visiting top attractions, as many were within walking distance, saving us both time and money.
