We had a great experience at Holiday Inn Express. the location was perfect for visiting our client, with a tube station right across the road. We found the room to be clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. the added bonus of being able to securely store our luggage was much appreciated. the staff at check-in were very cheerful, making us feel welcome right from the start. it was a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. They provided great service throughout our stay. The morning breakfast menu had a good variety of options and there was a nearby Italian restaurant that was only a two-minute walk away.

My visit was due to some sad personal circumstances, and the staff at Holiday Inn Express were incredibly welcoming and compassionate. The room was spotless with nice decor, and the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of choices in a bright and airy area. The hotel's location opposite the metro station was extremely convenient, with a pub next door serving delicious food and several supermarkets just steps away. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Excellent service, cleanliness, and amenities.

Absolutely nothing.

The breakfast was included in the price and they offered a coffee machine in the room. the location of the hotel was great, being just a short walk from the tube station and close to several restaurants. the shower had great water pressure and temperature control.

The noise from the road was unbearable, making it difficult to sleep. the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, and even with two mattresses on it, we were rolling into the middle.

The hotel is conveniently located right opposite Colliers Wood underground station, making it very easy to get to central London in just a 25-minute ride by metro. Being so close to the tube station is a major advantage, allowing for easy exploration of the city. Additionally, the rooms are described as clean, bright, and comfortable, with good-sized TV screens and reliable Wi-Fi.

Some guests have mentioned that the customer service at the hotel can be lacking, particularly when it comes to housekeeping. It is unfortunate that if housekeeping has gone home, guests may have difficulties obtaining necessary items for their rooms.

The hotel is located in a convenient area for shopping, right beside the tube station. The staff were attentive and provided upgraded shower facilities. The rooms were well-maintained and came with twin beds and clean towels everyday.

All was fine, nothing to complain about.
