Helpful staff and early breakfast options.

Our experience was marred by the complex dinner ordering process that took way too long, and the distance from the airport was not as clear as it could have been. We ended up spending £15 each way on a taxi which significantly diminished our savings. Next time, I would willingly pay a little extra to stay at a hotel closer to the airport.

Our stay was extremely convenient with easy access to the airport. we were just a quick drive away. The breakfast service was impressive, offering a variety of options starting as early as 4 AM, which was perfect for my early flight. The staff were accommodating, and they helped address my requests promptly, making me feel well taken care of during my stay.

The area around the hotel felt a bit isolated, with limited dining options nearby.

Great clean hotel, staff were really welcoming,, they made us feel at home. We were impressed with the attention to detail, the soundproofing was legit, didn’t hear anything from outside when we crashed after a long day.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still reasonable for what you got.

I enjoyed my time at the hotel. The area was vibrant, with a lot of choices for entertainment. I appreciated the clean space and had no issues connecting to the WiFi. I liked that the free breakfast started early, which helped me out. The room was not as well soundproofed as I had hoped, but I managed to rest well overall. The cookies at the reception reminded me of treats from my childhood in America.

Staff were really friendly, always trying to help out which is important you know. I had some issues with the shower steaming up my room more than once but they were quick to offer apologies and even gave me drinks to make up for the inconvenience.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but it still felt okay for what you got.

We had a fun family outing at the intu Trafford Centre, just a short drive away. The hotel was convenient, and the breakfast helped fuel our adventures. The kids enjoyed the friendly staff, who made the mornings upbeat and relaxed.

My kids wished there was a play area for them.

the holiday inn express had a lovely greeting at the reception area, making us feel welcome right away. the room was extremely quiet, which was perfect for a light sleeper like me, and those beds were incredibly comfortable! we were also impressed by the weighing scales at the entrance to help with our heavy luggage. it's just a quick taxi ride to the airport, which was convenient for us.
