During my business trip, I appreciated the two complementary facts offered which were a nice touch of hospitality. the hotel's location was convenient for my meetings as it was easily accessible by car. the car park was large and the lifts worked well, which made it easy to move my luggage.

there were roadworks outside my room at night which interrupted my sleep. Lastly, the public toilets off reception were not well maintained, as they were out of toilet paper and I had to change it myself.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it. The hotel was clean, pleasant, and had a lovely fragrance. The quiet atmosphere and ample parking were a bonus.

We booked two rooms for 5 nights at Holiday Inn Express and had a fantastic stay. The breakfast options were impressive and we were even able to request soya milk and dairy-free butter. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated having a menu available for late-night snacks. One particular highlight was the quick response from the staff when we encountered a noisy guest issue. The location of the hotel was also perfect, situated between Newport and Cardiff. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, breakfast selection, and excellent service.
