We loved the hotel's convenient location on a busy road, close to the coast and sightseeing spots. The parking was ample and easily accessible. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great.

The staff, including the manager, are friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are great, with a choice of continental or cooked. The hotel also has a restaurant with reasonably priced wine. The location is convenient for visiting all areas of Thanet.

The breakfast selection was impressive with a good variety of bread rolls and pastries, accompanied by complimentary copies of Sunday Times. Location-wise, it was great to have a staff smoking shack nearby, as it made my partner's smoking habit less of a pain. it was a lifesaver to have shower gel provided in the bathroom as we had forgotten our toiletries.

The room's view could have been more appealing; looking out the window, all we could see were scrub and bramble bushes.

Despite a minor inconvenience with the door, the staff quickly resolved the issue. our stay was pleasant and a good start to our Christmas visit. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.
