The room was clean, well-presented, and great value for money. The hotel staff prepared a welcome surprise in the room. The English breakfast was very good. The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the Jubilee tube line. There is a local minimarket right across the hotel.

The bathroom was in need of refurbishing, as it was below my expectations. the pillows were quite solid, rather than firm, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

As longer-term business travelers, we really appreciated the clean room and welcoming staff. The hotel's location near the tube station and bus stops made it convenient for getting around the city. Having our own kettle, lamps, and air conditioning added to our comfort.

While my stay at the hotel was mostly positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the room service ended quite early at 4:30 pm, so if you needed any assistance after that time, it was not available.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, being so close to the tube station and within walking distance of the Excel waterfront. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, especially for those traveling to and from London City Airport. It is also a short distance from tube stations and the Canning Town DLR station, making it easily accessible for guests. The rooms are comfortable with amenities such as a big freeview TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Staff members are helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist guests.
