The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to the event I was attending and also near the Trafford Centre. This made it really convenient for shopping and entertainment. Another positive aspect was that the rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. the hotel had an onsite car park, which was a major advantage for me as I didn't have to worry about finding parking elsewhere.

One of the worst aspects of my stay was the check-in service. the front desk staff were unwelcoming and seemed disinterested in their job.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the Trafford Centre, with easy access to Manchester. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast included was a great bonus, with plenty of choice.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is close to the super shopping complex near the Trafford centre. This made it extremely convenient for us, as we were traveling with three children. Additionally, the hotel was also very close to the event we attended, which saved us a lot of time and hassle.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, and the staff member who served us seemed a bit unfriendly.

The hotel had exceptional cleanliness and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and attentive to our requests. The location was perfect for our trip, as it was near Old Trafford and right beside the Trafford Centre, providing great value for money. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, including easy parking and convenient transportation options.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express was absolutely fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, ensuring we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The rooms were clean, cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the Trafford Centre. We also appreciated being able to park our car at such a great rate. Despite a minor issue with the breakfast area being busy, the breakfast itself was delicious. I highly recommend staying at Holiday Inn Express for a relaxing and effortless stay in Manchester.

The air conditioning in our room was malfunctioning and took several calls to reception to fix. the noise from neighboring rooms was also disruptive throughout the night.

As backpackers, we loved the excellent breakfast options, spacious bedroom and bathroom, and fast WiFi. The staff, including the manager Joanne Agar and her deputy, were fantastic and dedicated to their work. The personal touch of a birthday card for our daughter's 21st birthday was much appreciated. The beds were really comfortable and there were no noises in the night. Ultimately, we feel confident in recommending this hotel 100%.
