The trainee receptionist was lovely, and everyone I encountered was helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable. The maintenance crew even provided a fan when I was too hot, and the front desk staff answered all my questions. The bar stayed open late for guests returning at night, and the room service was prompt and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised when my daughter received a voucher for milk and cookies, along with an activity pack. The disabled room had a spacious and wheelchair-accessible bathroom. a fantastic experience.
