Breakfast had a good variety, but limited for vegetarians. Room was spacious and had convenient shower facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well-located near main roads and the town center. The bar had a decent selection, despite a wedding taking place.

We had a great time visiting the Harry Potter studio and this hotel was in a perfect location for that. It was also a pleasant surprise to find that the hotel was very quiet, considering it is just off the motorway. The staff here were fantastic, always helpful, outgoing, and even remembered our names and room numbers. They were lovely and accommodating, and we would definitely go back.

The room we stayed in had yellow stains all over the carpet and round circular marks and stains under the sink that just weren't clean. However, despite this, we would recommend this hotel to all.

The staff in the restaurant were not as friendly as expected, which affected the overall dining experience.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable with the ample parking and friendly staff. The room was clean and modern, with a surprising view of gardens. The pool and gym facilities were a great addition, and the breakfast selection had both hot and cold choices.

We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn in Hemel Hempstead. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and our room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities like tea/coffee facilities and a fridge. The bed was comfortable, and we had a peaceful night's sleep thanks to the quiet surroundings and the effective air conditioning. The pool, sauna, and steam room were a highlight of our stay, with friendly staff providing us with towels and ensuring cleanliness. The self-serve evening meal and breakfast provided a good variety of options, including vegetarian choices. The free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus and worked well. Despite minor issues such as dirty windows and a troublesome toilet flush, we would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to the area. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location just off the M1 highway was very convenient for our New Year stay. We appreciated the free on-site parking and the close proximity to a M&S garage. the check-in process was quick, and the staff member was friendly. Our room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of items, including delicious fresh bread.

There were a few aspects that could use improvement. the hotel rooms could benefit from some updates as they appeared a bit worn down.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had trouble with sitting for long periods of time due to pain, but they provided me with super-comfy chairs with thick rubber foam seats. They even lifted them to my table for two of my meals. The breakfasts and evening meals were enjoyable, and the bed was just soft enough for me to get a good night's sleep. The hotel also had great facilities, including a swimming pool and a gym that I could easily book slots for at the reception. The location was convenient, as it was within 10 minutes' drive of Harry Potter world. Additionally, the parking was a bargain at £5 a night.
