The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. Danielle at the front desk and during breakfast service was highly professional. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with the chef being particularly skilled at cooking steak to perfection and providing gluten-free options. We really appreciated their attention to detail and accommodating our dietary preferences as vegetarians.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Ipswich for a quick business trip. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was generous and offered a good variety of options. The hotel had excellent facilities like a gym and pool, although I didn't have time to use them. We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Ipswich for three nights while visiting family. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially with our 10-month-old baby. They quickly moved us to a room with a bath, and the breakfast staff were incredibly attentive and made a fuss over our little one. The facilities, including the jacuzzi and steam room, were amazing, and we appreciated the free use of the pool, sauna, and steam room. The bed was large and comfortable, and the view from our room was pleasant. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for us, just on the outskirts of town in a quiet area. The hotel staff were the highlight of our stay as they were incredibly helpful and pleasant. They made us feel right at home and were always there to assist us with any request. The food at the hotel was excellent, especially the Wednesday Curry buffet. The breakfast had a great selection and we were impressed with the quality and variety of options available.

The room was comfortable and had a nice bathroom with a bath and shower. It also had a mini bar and complimentary bottled water, which was a nice touch. the location was convenient, right off the A12/A14 junction and near the Ipswich Park and Ride. the free parking was also a bonus.

The breakfast experience was unorganized, with long waits for tea/coffee and cutlery. We weren't informed about being able to order from the kitchen for items like omelettes or pancakes.

Additionally, the hot food section lacked options for non-meat eaters and it took a long time to replenish the food. However, the cleaning staff and receptionist were very friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and we were upgraded to an executive room at a great price. The staff at the restaurant were accommodating to my dietary needs, but there were some cleanliness issues in the room. Despite these drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel.

The location was convenient, not far from Harwich ferry port, although it was a bit difficult to find due to poor signage at roadworks. The restaurant was a little canteen-like, but the bar area was comfortable. The room was clean and had air conditioning, and the staff at reception were nice. The breakfast had a decent choice of hot food and the service was satisfactory.
