We had a great stay here! The location is very convenient as it's just a short walk from the tube station and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was equipped with everything we needed, including air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and free Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed.

Highly recommended - we had a great time here and would definitely stay again!

Attending an event nearby, I stayed at Holiday Inn Kensington Forum. The location was convenient with a tube station nearby and plenty to do in the surrounding area. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, and the bath tub was easy to use with super-hot water. The gym being open 24/7 was a bonus, and the 7th-floor room was peaceful and quiet. a great experience.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

This hotel is located right by Gloucester Rd tube station, making it very convenient for exploring all of Zone 1 in London. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are sensibly designed with shower curtains to prevent water spills. Room service is also fairly good, providing all the necessary amenities and services. there are a choice of restaurants just behind the hotel, offering plenty of dining options for guests.

The carpets in the hotel corridor are quite old and need updating.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient as it is right next to Gloucester Road tube station, making it easy to travel around the city. This was especially beneficial for me as I needed to attend a wedding nearby. Being so close to the tube station saved me a lot of time and hassle. the room was cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast offered a delicious full English breakfast as well as a tasty croissant selection.

Some of the fittings and furnishings in the hotel did appear a bit tired, which could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

The hotel lacked enough receptionists for the large number of guests which resulted in long waiting times during check-in.

We celebrated new year's at this hotel and the complementary champagne and snacks were an excellent touch. the hotel is located within walking distance of many popular attractions and the local transportation makes it easy to get around. the room had a stunning view of the surrounding cityscape.

The hotel seemed understaffed and it took us a while to get assistance from the front desk. the room itself was a bit outdated and could have used some modern touches.
