super relaxing after a long day. the room was clean but sadly next to a loud air vent. 😅 Breakfast was chaotic, but overall a nice trip!

I had a great experience at the hotel, as the location was easy to find right off the motorway, and there was plenty of parking available. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay more enjoyable. My room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities, including the pool, hot tub, and sauna. I also appreciated the breakfast, which offered a variety of options to suit different tastes.

During our family trip to explore the attractions in Lancaster, we found the hotel clean and appreciated the great selection of food at breakfast, which our kids enjoyed as well. The pool was a nice feature, even though it was quite busy with children. we experienced some chaos during breakfast hours, especially when a large group arrived, and there seemed to be a lack of organization.

The breakfast spread was delightful, even if a tad chaotic, but I also couldn’t get enough of that stewed partridge at a nearby eatery! Clean rooms and friendly staff made me feel right at home.

The gym and pool being closed was a major letdown, plus that awkward key mix-up left us a bit startled. A few hygiene quirks and slow coffee service also threw a wrench in the experience.

Despite the basic elements of the room, I found the bathroom clean and well-equipped, which added to the overall positive experience.

One minor downside was the small beds, paired with hard mattresses and lumpy pillows. While I managed to sleep well overall, the discomfort did slightly detract from my otherwise enjoyable stay.
