Spent the New Year at this hotel and it was a great choice. First, loved the beautiful green surroundings that made for a refreshing morning air. the hotel staff was very accommodating and always ready to help with any request we had. One of the best things was the full-size kettle in the room, a proper luxury after a chilly day out touring the area's many attractions.

The hotel seemed a bit dated, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. the heating was also a bit off in some of the common areas, but it was easily bearable.

The modern and stylish decor made a great first impression. We booked a family room but were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an executive suite, providing ample space for our family of five. The parking situation can be confusing and frustrating for guests, with the risk of receiving a penalty if car registration is not registered correctly.
