The hotel was very welcoming and the reception staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was excellent, close to the train station and local attractions. The staff were helpful and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome.

The receptionist on arrival was not well trained and provided poor customer service. She did not allow us to pay for an upgrade or charge our bar or dinner expenses to our room.

The staff at Holiday Inn were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I was impressed with their attention to detail and thoughtful gestures, like leaving little notes in my room. I also appreciated the convenient location, close to bars, cafes, and restaurants, as well as the train station. I had a great experience at Holiday Inn Liverpool City Centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was nice and there was plenty of choice. the location of the hotel was great for exploring the city, with many attractions and shops close by. We appreciated the complementary tea and coffee facilities in the room and the free Wi-Fi.

The beds were very soft and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. We also had a stressful check-in experience, where one staff member was unsure about the room arrangement.

We also appreciated the option to store our luggage on the last day. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices at the bar and restaurant, with a lovely choice of food and drinks. The adjacent parking lot was convenient and reasonably priced.

Although the bar closed earlier than we would have liked, it was just a minor inconvenience to venture out for a drink late at night. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a minibar and safe in our room, although this did not greatly impact our overall experience.
