We were pleasantly surprised by the upgraded executive rooms on the 7th floor. The deluxe bed and spacious room exceeded our expectations. The blackout curtains were a nice touch, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel was spotlessly clean, adding to the overall positive experience.

Although breakfast wasn't included in the price, we found an alternative option at McDonald's just across the road. This saved us money and hassle, making our mornings more convenient.

holiday inn london west exceeded my expectations during this crab fest. the helpful receptionist quickly sorted out our room issue and even offered us a complimentary drink. the restaurant had delicious and reasonably priced food, and the location was perfect for accessing london with a short walk to the tube station.
