We had a wonderful stay at the hotel over Christmas, visiting family. The restaurant was closed for the holiday, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bar food. It didn't feel like typical bar food at all. Even my fussy mother found something delicious to enjoy, like the duck confit with braised cabbage. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. it was a great experience at Holiday Inn.

The hotel is in a great location for me, just outside of town centre. It's quiet and there are no clutter of shops and people around. The room I stayed in was clean and well-sized, with a pleasant garden view. The staff was friendly and willing to help, especially the reception staff who made me feel very welcome and efficient. The hotel also has a nice bar/lounge area with great food, I highly recommend trying their burgers. The shower in my room was good and the parking was free, which was a big plus.

The receptionist and manager had poor people skills and didn't apologize when there were missing items in my room. It took the manager 40 minutes to bring those items up to my room, which was not up to par.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The room was clean and modern, with comfortable seating that made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, providing excellent service. I particularly enjoyed the bar and lounge area, where I savored some fantastic food, especially their delicious burgers. The free parking was a bonus, and the shower in the room was excellent.

I did have one small issue during my stay. I ordered room service and was surprised to find an additional tray charge of £3.95 for each order.

We had a fantastic family get together in the city and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The quiet room facing the canal was a delightful surprise, offering a peaceful atmosphere. We were also pleased to see that the car park access door was finally working, making it much more convenient for us to reach the reception. the quick checkout process allowed us to wrap up our stay efficiently.

There were a couple of issues that affected our experience. The beds were not very comfortable and made noise whenever we turned over, which disrupted our sleep.

The location of this hotel is convenient for those wanting to visit the Silverstone race circuit, as it is nearby. Additionally, there is a lovely park nearby with beautiful walking trails. Although it is not close to the town center, it provides a peaceful atmosphere.

The noise from the road outside can be bothersome if you have your window open.

great stay, better than last time in northampton. holiday inn exceeded expectations with spacious, comfortable room, attentive staff, and delicious gluten- and dairy-free meal for my wife. we loved the flat pillow choice.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel for a one night stay. The location was perfect, with a large carpark and easy access to the city center. The room was modern and clean, with a comfortable double bed and a big TV. The bathroom had a great shower and there were tea and coffee facilities available. The staff were extremely helpful and the reception staff were welcoming and efficient. The hotel was lovely and clean with spacious rooms.

The breakfast service was a bit sloppy, with guests having to ask for cutlery, sauces, and pastries due to the hotel being short staffed.

We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service at Holiday Inn. As we were traveling with elderly parents, they went above and beyond to accommodate us by providing a quiet room away from a noisy wedding and serving us food there at no extra cost. The rooms were immaculate, and we truly appreciated the care they showed towards our elderly parents. Thank you all for making our stay memorable!
