Our stay at the Holiday Inn Norwich City was excellent value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great shower and bathroom. The hotel's location was convenient, being within walking distance of the train station and Norwich center. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

While the staff is friendly and helpful, there have been occasional issues with noise disturbance from the gym located above some of the rooms.
