The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area. the comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep and the spacious room offered beautiful views. the on-site swimming pool and gym were well-equipped and enjoyable.

There were some parking issues, with insufficient spaces available. This led to disappointment and frustration, especially for families with children.

We loved being close to the beach and enjoying the beautiful view over the Hoe from our room. The restaurant had excellent steaks and a great breakfast choice. The pool and fitness center were well-organized and a nice bonus. The Wi-Fi was also excellent.

We felt at home instantly and the staff were always willing to help, making our stay hassle-free.

I had a great stay at Crowne Plaza. The location was excellent, with easy access to the Hoe and the old town Barbican. The spacious and clean room offered a nice view, and the bed was super comfy. I also enjoyed the nice facilities, including the pool, sauna, steam room, and gym. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had high expectations as an IHG member but unfortunately, the hotel fell short. The room we received had no view, a running shower, and a near broken door. The check-in process was chaotic and our names were even mixed up. On the positive side, the location of the hotel was great and the breakfast restaurant offered a nice view. The room itself was big and nice, and we enjoyed the free access to the spa and sauna. The hotel also had good Wi-Fi.

Our room had a stunning view of the lighthouse and the sea, with a glimpse of the beautiful green park. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food, and we were pleasantly surprised by the dinner. The swimming pool and sauna were excellent, with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we even received a heart-shaped towel, fudge dessert, and a kind card as a lovely surprise for our anniversary.

We had a really great stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent and the room was very comfortable. The service provided by the receptionist was exceptional, as they assisted us with carrying our luggage to our room in a very professional manner. The location of this place was really good, as it was situated close to the city centre and there were a lot of lovely restaurants nearby. Plus, it was just next to the sea, so we had an amazing view from our room.

The noise of the lift shaft, which kept us awake all night. Despite this, we still highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

The Crowne Plaza in Plymouth was perfect for my family stay. The room size was great and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my disability. The hotel's location near the Hoe was convenient and offered stunning views from the penthouse restaurant. We also enjoyed the complimentary drinks between 5.30-7.30 and the friendly bar attendant.

I love how close this hotel is to the beach. It's just a short walk away, so I can easily go for a relaxing stroll along the shore whenever I want. The location is also great because it's down near the main park at the sea, perfect for picnics and outdoor activities. there's a shopping center nearby for some retail therapy. The room is spacious and comfortable, with lovely toiletries provided in the bathroom. The service is friendly and attentive, and breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious options. The view from some of the rooms is amazing, with scenic landscapes to admire.

The car park can be a bit tight and challenging to navigate, especially for larger vehicles.
