I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Holiday Inn in York. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and spacious with a great shower. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and I appreciated the ample parking available. The highlight for me was being able to bring my dog and enjoy the nearby racecourse for walks. Despite some negative reviews, I'm glad I stayed and would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pet-friendly stay. I had a positive experience and would definitely book again next time I'm in York.

Stayed at Holiday Inn for two nights while attending the Tour de Yorkshire. Convenient location with easy access and ample parking. Staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and the surroundings were quiet. Local transport to the city center was convenient, perfect for exploring. Breakfast, although a bit pricey, was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. a great stay for our purpose.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn in York. The hotel's disabled-friendly facilities made our experience much more convenient and comfortable. The proximity of the parking area to the front door was a huge help for us, especially with our son's mobility issues. The flat and wide layout of the hotel made it easy for him to move around without any difficulties. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast had a great selection and was served until 11am, which was a big bonus. we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely go back.
