The value for money at Holland House was exceptional, with a beautiful and homely studio that had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Mersey Ferry and a lovely walk along the promenade. The hosts were attentive and made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

I recently stayed at Holland House for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The communication with the owners was excellent from the start, and Julie was extremely helpful with providing spot-on instructions and helpful information when needed. The hot shower was a true luxury, and there was plenty of street parking available. I loved that the hotel was only 15 minutes away from Morrisons, restaurants, and pubs, making it convenient for exploring the area. Plus, being right next to the coast walk added a scenic and relaxing touch to my stay. I really enjoyed my time at Holland House and would definitely stay there again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at Holland House. From the moment we arrived, the owner Roger was there to greet us and help with our luggage. the penthouse apartment we booked had a stunning view of the city, comfortable beds, and all the necessary amenities. I was surprised to find continental breakfast items and even a pack of cookies provided in the kitchen. the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the hosts made us feel right at home. Two nights were not enough, and I am already planning to visit again.

It was just for one night, but we loved the spacious studio apartment with its comfortable seating area in the garden. The parking was hassle-free, and the complimentary homemade bread, crumpets, butter, and milk were a delicious treat. The kitchenette, complete with fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave. The friendly owners were always available and even gave us a homemade loaf to take home.

The location was great, with plenty of off-street parking and easy access to the Mersey Ferry and nearby attractions. The hosts, Roger and Gayle, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing all the information we needed about the area.

Delicious homemade bread provided for breakfast. Ideal location with beach, promenade, and parks within walking distance. Exceptionally friendly and attentive hosts make for a comfortable stay.

It was a quiet street and the hosts were friendly and gave us privacy. The beach was just a short walk away and there were plenty of restaurants and entertainment options nearby. We appreciated the free parking and the porch area where we could dry our dog. The large shower and toilet were also a nice touch.
