There is no air conditioning in the rooms, which could make the stay less enjoyable during hot weather.

Dated decor

We stayed at a lovely hotel with a big garden area, perfect for our dog. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing our dog to join us for breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was absolutely fabulous - a wide variety of freshly cooked options, cereals, yogurts, and juices. We were also grateful for the free parking and the chef going out of their way to serve us an early breakfast. We had previously stayed at other hotels but Holly Trees is by far the best.

the warm and friendly welcome from the owner made me feel right at home. the hotel, though not brand new, was well maintained and had a cozy atmosphere. the room was comfortable and I had a great night's sleep on the comfy bed. the bathroom was clean and the shower provided good pressure and warm water. the breakfast was delicious, with a nice variety of options. the owner was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a friendly and comfortable stay.

Located in a lovely garden, this hotel offers easy access to the South Coast, the motorway, and a local pub for food. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and a good view. The bathroom is clean, and the service is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is excellent, and there are facilities for pets. Parking is plentiful, and the hotel provides free WiFi.

The hotel sign is not easy to spot when approaching from the main road.

We particularly enjoyed the comfortable seating in the lovely garden, where we could relax and unwind. The location was perfect for us, as it was in the right area and on the outskirts of this city. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a great variety of options. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.
