I had a fantastic stay at an inn in Greenhaugh. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable and cozy room. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The location was ideal, close to a larger village and next to a pub. Additionally, it was conveniently situated near Kielder forest. The breakfast provided was delicious and the parking was convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for my visit to the Kielder observatory, which was only a short distance away. The hotel had a lovely bar open till midnight, and I enjoyed a welcome drink upon arrival. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and the housekeeping was top-notch. The room was cozy and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like a flat-screen TV and ironing facilities. I also loved the terrace and garden area, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch. I had a great experience staying at this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family.

The accommodations were fantastic, with a spacious living area and beautiful views of the surrounding fields and sky. the kitchen was well-stocked and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the included breakfast, which offered a variety of options including a delicious full English. the friendly and efficient service added to the overall positive experience.

The property did not live up to its advertised dog-friendly status. We encountered some confusion and inconsistency regarding bringing our dog into certain areas, which led to some inconvenience and extra charges.

We stayed at a convenient location, right next door to a lively pub with delicious food. The hotel is close to the beautiful Kielder forest, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The friendly staff provided helpful service throughout our stay. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast in the morning. The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the fields and clear night sky.

The noise level from the pub below could be bothersome at times.

We stayed at this cozy inn while participating in the Keilder marathon. The rooms were lovely and the bed was comfy, perfect for young families. The inn had a friendly atmosphere, with a small bar area and an old fireplace to relax by. The dining area was also cozy, and the views from the garden were stunning. Plus, there were plenty of good walking places just a short drive away.

Convenient location for exploring surrounding area and friendly service. the breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of options to choose from. the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere, with a fireplace providing warmth and comfort. the views from the restaurant were also very nice. the staff was accommodating to our requests.

The rooms were quite small and bare bones. Amenities were lacking and the beds were not very comfortable.

Great rural pub with friendly staff. Lovely surroundings for cycling. Lively atmosphere that quiets down by 11 pm. Good food and reasonably priced. Charming old stone building with clean and nicely decorated rooms. Wonderful beer garden overlooking fields. Delicious breakfast. Helpful staff and friendly locals. Beautiful view of the national park. Convenient location for family research. Great value for money.

The pub had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff and locals who engaged in conversation. the beer garden looked great and would be perfect to enjoy in warmer weather. the menu had a lot of choice and the food was excellent, especially the evening meals. the rooms above also looked lovely.

There was a lack of alternative options for those with dietary restrictions, and the service during breakfast was not as accommodating as expected. It would have been nice to have more options available.

The hotel's location near to Kielder Water is perfect for walkers, cyclists, and bikers. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and made with local produce.
